Avery Cardoza

You mean the "gone fishin'" reference?

Random Voodoo

Duh Duh Duh, another one bites the dust.

lady j

No, Ave, that would be way too easy.

I meant the retirement community.

Mwahahaha ... thank you college boyfriend ... nobody will EVER get it ...

shemyaza

Av - open invitation to you on my site while you are on walkabout

teigan

>Assed, like ole Neville.

Sorry, who? Surely you don't mean yourself?

lady j

"check yer email

But don't open it.

You might get assed.

...

Assed, like ole Neville."

yah?

teigan

Okay. Bit ambiguous, J - much as I love to self-deprocate that's at least one misunderstanding I can't entirely mark down to my own density..

Aphex'sTwin

These few emails seem quite deliberate to me, especially when viewed in light of:

Simon Blackmoore

AT - Just a little bit, right? ;)

Cheshire Cat

All this now chaos makes me want to hungry.

lady j

Fair enough, Teigan.

Or, as my brother-in-law says,

I hear ya chirpin Big Bird.

Elmo Oxygen

Do you actually give prizes, Lady J?

I remember way back when Constance was first posting she offered artistic prizes to people who correctly identified the street pictured in a photograph.

... which, strangely, makes me feel 'old.' I wasn't the first on the Neuroblog scene, but it's quite astounding to see the growth of this community. So many new bloggers cropping up.

... damn, that's old skool, yo. Old skool like Lady J's drunk posting.

/fershnickered

constance

i did give prizes!! i'm so cheesy! ladyj- tell them how fabulous your prize was. ;) i'm going to do it again.... let me think.

lady j

Yes, she did give prizes. And I was going to pose a trivia question of: To whom did Constance Paige award her first prize? but uh, CP kinda just let that cat outta the bag. ;)

I don't have any good pictures of the sculpture I affectionately refer to as "Breakfast at Chez Paige." It's hanging on my office wall; I'll have to bring my camera to work on Monday.

But it's fabu.

(And yes, I would give a real prize if anybody got the reference in question. Though CP is still waiting for a custom pair of earrings I promised several months ago, so I can't promise a speedy delivery.)

lady j

(And uh, Avery, you realize you're inherently disqualified, right? ;)

tobyesterhase

might i accept the prize?

Be seeing you,

Number Six

lady j

Given that the game has become so obvious, I'm going to require a little more effort than that, Toby.

Gimme a lat-long or a (real) place name at least.

;)

Portmeirion

teigan

I've been there! Never seen The Prisoner, though..

Shemyaza

Hey - did I win?

I got in before the Tobester...

Chris Titan

You know who lies about prizes is the Cheshire Cat!

He still owes me a brownie for solving the mnemonic problem he was having with that strange hexagram that he faked.

If you lie about a BROWNIE can you be trusted about anything.

Chris Titan

p.s. there is a lot of rehab's in South Wales...it is possible that old Nevill was hitting the bottle too hard and this has nothing to do with internal conspriacy.

lady j

Shemyaza and Toby, email me a mailing address.
