I write to enquire about the structure of Neurocam International but also how operatives and other employees gain position.

Are operatives promoted solely on whether they complete assignments or are there other factors that also play a role?

A diagram of Neurocam International's organizational structure can be found
in Neurocam's annual stakeholders report.  The stakeholders report is
available to any operative whom has completed more than 12 months service
with the organization.

Until that point, however, the combination of a myriad of Memorandums of
Understanding, Commercial-in-confidence agreements, Neurocam
International's Operational Security Guidelines and Proprietary Practice
Protocols prohibit me from discussing this issue.

Operational Security Guidelines also prohibit me from discussing Neurocam's
advancement protocols.

Mr Hasting's response is straight forward enough. Of interest is what
Ms Fischer wrote to Mr Hastings. She seemed quite casual in this
request and not business like in my opinion. Could this show a more
personal association or simply a need for haste?

ok, i'm still learning to tip-toe around what i can say and what i can't.... ESPECIALLY seeing as the Cam has made an effort to alert me of their tracking of me.... BUT, i want to say that i have made very similar inquiries to that of Aphex Twin's and i have interpreted the response to be slightly different... i don't want to be a tease, but i'm not sure what else i can say.

maybe i can say that i get the impression that they might be more flexible than we might imagine. but that's not to say i've understood correctly.

Aphex's Twin was talking about the Chiefs lack of professionalism in getting Chuck to answer the query, or more to the point how the Chief asked Chuck. I think she was just utilising her position. I don't think she was intending on Aphex's Twin reading "deal with this peons request will you, it bores me greatly seeing the same old stuff" but she would have handed it to chuck without giving it a second thought. I am sure there are more pressing issues for her to take care of.
