Two new, both (I believe) in Melbourne: Jonathan and Random Voodoo. And Jonathan gives us non-Melbournians a glimpse at the coveted Neurocam badge:
The Cam is also being discussed on the Coheed & Cambria message boards and the CM/FM Music Technology boards. I was particularly struck by this comment from J Swift, regardless of its relevancy (or not) to Neurocam:
Interesting thing, experience - Is there anything solid linking you from year to year, day to day, moment to moment, other than a seemingly continuous stream of memories to give you that impression.
Form, matter, energy, etc... are all in constant exchange with the cosmos... To the extent that not a single atom in your body now, will still be there in 2012...
What if the "you" you relate to and identify with now, dies every time you go to sleep.
Made me think. Especially since I just recently saw Sandler's 50 First Dates (oh c'mon -- how can you say no to anything Drew?), and then read this article in the Guardian yesterday, about a man who has it a whole lot worse than Lucy.
(And if you slag my Drew-love, you will be banned.)
1) Thus far, that badge is quite possibly one of the sexiest things I have seen.
2) J Swift? Like... Johnathan Swift, writer of "A Modest Proposal"? Nice.
3) The comment he makes is a real brain tease.

1. I know, I want one! (Hint, hint. C'mon, Bridg, I know you read this site. Hook a sister up.)
2. Dear, lovely Jonathan Swift.
3. There's a few weird/interesting posts in that thread. Mostly I think they're just goofing with each other, but still. Hmmmmm (or at least "Huh?") worthy.
(And one of the most enjoyable fora discussions of Neurocam -- so props to them for not threatening to hunt down and kill anybody. Or call the FBI/CIA/NSA.)
