Three notes regarding this post:
1. It was originally published last night and was up for less than 20
minutes before I received a frantic email from Bridget Fischer asking
that I remove her address and that of William Hawken from the post. I
took the entire post down while I tried to figure out what the hell was
really going on. I still don't have any clear answers, and I may never
receive them or be in a position to publish them. However, I am
republishing this post, with the addresses redacted as requested.
2. The information outlined below originally included links to each piece of
documentation, but it seems those links are designed to expire, so I've removed them. You should be able to find your own way to the
documents with the one link that is provided, if you want to verify my facts.
3. If you decide to seek out the addresses I have obscured, please
remember that real people live in those homes, and that Neurocam has never
harmed anybody (as far as we know). Be civilized, and don't land your ass in jail on charges of harassment, intimidation, or something worse.
Okay. Now on to last night's post:
Two separate but related Cam comments have been rattling around my head
of late. (God knows there's plenty of room in there. Let's go sledding
-- wheeeee!). First was a seemingly off-hand remark from Tript at the
end of a Jan. 6 email, which I hope he doesn't mind me reposting here.
Cuz I'm gonna.
Perhaps they can sustain overseas expansion, I think it will be a long way off though. I guess the comment on Q's blog you're picking up on is the one about government funding... an interesting avenue to explore.
Second was a comment left by d on Xade's blog, which seemed to be apropos of nothing and strangely generated zero discussion. For those too lazy to click:
Hey bro, The funniest thing to do with neurocam ive seen so far, if the public want conspiracy thoeries…… The active company 'NEUROCAM' in N.Z. was previously called "XTREME CHEMICAL SOLUTIONS LIMITED." Now theres your mind & DNA altering secret agency. :)
So I paid a visit to the web site of the New Zealand Companies Office, and that's where this post gets really long. And engenders sequels I've only begun to research. But first things first, aight?
Aight. So Neurocam was incorporated as a company in New Zealand on
August 11, 2004. Its original name, as previously noted, was Xtreme
Chemical Solutions Limited. The company formation was handled by a
seemingly legit New Zealand business called Company Formations Limited.
The address given for the company is xx xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxx, Waiheke
Island, which is also listed as founding director Glenn James Hackell’s
address. The address for communication is listed as P.O. Box 519,
Oneroa. At incorporation Hackell holds all 1000 of the company’s share
parcels.
Two days later, on 08/13/04, the shares are redistributed. Hackell retains 334 of the shares; the remainder are split between two new players, William Hawken and Paul Johnson, at 333 shares each. Hawken is listed at the same Waiheke Island address as Hackell. Johnson’s address is listed as xxx xxxxx xxxx, Auckland.
Half an hour later, Hawken’s and Johnson’s shares are transferred back to Hackell.
On August 27, 2004, Xtreme Chemical Solutions Limited files paperwork naming William Hawken as a company director, effective 08/19/04. Identical paperwork is filed for Paul Johnson, making the two men plus Hackell the board of directors for Xtreme Chemical Solutions Limited.
Also on this date, Company Formations Limited ceases to file paperwork on behalf of its client, to be replaced by an entity called CWFT COMMERCIAL. The address given for CWFT Commercial is PO Box 519, Oneroa, Waiheke Island 1240, the same address given for communication in Xtreme Chemical Solutions’ application for incorporation.
On October 11, 2004 the company’s name is changed to Neurocam Limited. The same day, Hackell and Johnson resign as directors, and all 1000 shares in the company (still referred to as Xtreme Chemical Solutions Limited in the official document) are transferred to William Hawken.
On October 23, 2004, Hawken resigns as director of Neurocam Limited. The paperwork is not filed by CWFT Commercial; rather, it is filed by bridget fischer (given in lower case on the official document), of xxxx xxxx xxxx, Melbourne.
On the same day, 501 shares are transferred to Fischer, whose address is now shown as xxxx xxxx xxxx, Melbourne. Hawken, whose address has been slightly amended to xxxxx xxxx xxxx Waiheke Island, retains 499 shares. In the initial filing, the information about the submitter is left essentially blank (“afsdf asdf sadf”) and it appears that Fischer holds her 501 shares independently and the 499 shares jointly with Hawken. In subsequent paperwork filed that same day, Fischer and Hawken hold their respective shares (501 and 499) independently. The paperwork confirming this transaction is filed by robert henley (original lowercase, again), at 23 Palladium Boulevard, Beverly Hills, an address which does not exist. Note also the reference to the number 23. This is the most recent document on file relating to the New Zealand company Neurocam Limited.
William Hawken, Paul Johnson and James Hackell are all real New Zealand businessmen with numerous investments in various companies. More on them later. I'm going to sit on my hands for a while (well, actually, I'm going to go fold laundry) and hope there's an email from Bridget Fischer waiting for me when I get back.
Your move, Bridg.
Being one who is "too lazy to click", I have to say...
Nice job on this...

Thanks. I can't shake the feeling, though, that I've done something I wasn't supposed to do by discovering this information. I hope I haven't "ruined" anything for anybody.
Whatever that means.
World be upsidedown and sideways now. What was that about a mind-fuck?

Oh man, that's some nice work! Giddy, I am.

from the disclaimer:
neurocam is not Extreme Chemical Solutions LTD

I found this recently. As much as I hope as a new operative for the Cam its not what it seems, it seems suspiciously like Neurocam is just an art project: http://www.vca.unimelb.edu.au/art/sculpture/site/links.html

Anonymous, if you read the blog archives of the more seasoned operatives you'll see that the Hely/art project aspect has been discussed. No conclusions, per se, but it's not new material.
Also, see my "better business bureau" post for more on Hely's potential involvement.

Soo very interesting...

Hmmm. I was about to comment that this, like the link posted by Anon a few up, is old ground. Then I clicked through to verify which material, exactly, was on that specific page. And it's been removed. If that's why you posted the link, good find.
